It is with great pride and pleasure that I welcome you to the Grameen Caledonian College of Nursing (GCCN), an institution founded on the vision of producing socially responsible, professionally skilled, and globally competent nurses for the future. This institution was established in 2010 through an unique collaboration between the Grameen Health Care Services, Bangladesh and Glasgow Caledonian University, Scotland, UK with the vision of empowering young women in Bangladesh through world-class nursing education and leadership development. Recently it has got accreditation for five years from the competent authorities of Bangladesh.
We are committed to ensuring academic excellence, hands on training, and ethical practice following the international standard curriculum with local relevance, ensuring that our graduates are well-equipped to serve both at home and abroad to achieve the sustainable development Goals. We have competent faculties, advisor, mentor and other dedicated professionals who are providing their highest efforts for creating smart educational environment as well as improving students' learning in the classroom, library, simulation labs using modern educational methods and technologies. We strive to build not only skillednurses, but also compassionate change-makers who will uplift communities and strengthen healthcare systems.
