Extracurricular activities
Picnic/Away day:
Every year during winter, college picnics are held with a view to refresh, entertain and reenergize. Staffs and students take part in various fun activities during the picnic. There is also an Away Day for the staff to get away from day to day work and take time to recuperate for future contribution to the college development. There are numerous team building activities conducted during the Away Day.
Graduation program:
Every year a grand graduation program is held for the graduates offering successful passing out from respective courses. This graduation program is very special and memorable for the graduates as it turns a new chapter in their life.
Observing national and international days:
GCCN ceremoniously observes various National and International days such as, Independence Day, Victory Day, International Mother Language day, Nurses Day, World Health Day etc. Various cultural programs and discussion are held to mark the days.
Cultural Programs:
GCCN celebrates various cultural programs with colorful festivities with the spontaneous participation of both staff and students. It also marks national days such as International Mother Language Day, Independence Day, Victory Day etc. During the programs the students participate in rally, dance, music, short drama etc. Cultural programs are also held during the annual picnic.
Games & Sports:
GCCN students participate in both indoor and outdoor activities such as playing chesss ,carrom, badminton, table tennis etc. There is also an annual sports events for both male & female students.These sports activities are crucial for mental refreshment and physical growth.
